The Gresham Bar delivers an authentic, vintage experience in the heart of Brisbane City. I went there for a birthday gathering and booked their Back Room for about 20 people. The process was straightforward, and the events team was helpful with catering options and drink packages. The space is intimate, with beautiful wooden furnishings and historic charm that sets it apart from other bars. Cocktails were top-notch, especially the whiskey-based ones. The staff were professional and knowledgeable, enhancing the experience. The food options were simple but well-prepared, focusing on bar snacks and grazing plates. Although it’s not a full dining restaurant, the quality matched the drink offerings well. It’s not suitable for dancing or loud parties, but for private events or classy nights out, it’s a winner. Definitely coming back for another visit!

Super funky bar! Easy to walk past on the street as not much signing so you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem, which you definitely have! Beers on tap and bottled and wines available! But the main draw is the extensive selection of Scotch, Whiskeys and Rums! Most cocktails they offer are whiskey or rum based. The staff were super friendly and working in tandem so everyone was getting a positive experience. Would recommend!

The interior of this bar is fancy. They serve good cocktails and the staff cares about the customers' safety as well.

I like this place, ive been here three times over the past year or two. It can be a bit noisy but outside or in the back room is usually better. The service was excellent Friday night. I thoroughly enjoyed the Soave by the glass. We really enjoyed the cheese platter, olives and hummus. Great to share between 4 people. Definitely a place I will continue to return to.

An amazing bar and great staff. Love the whisky selection, the best place for after work drinks. The whisky events are also a must do for any serious whisky lover. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. Note: they have amazing toasted sandwiches 🥰

We went here last weekends. Amazing collection of whiskey, rum, wines, beer and cocktails. service is great and we like the chill vibes.

Love this place. An excellent whisky bar. Staff are super knowledgeable, tell them what you like in a whisky and they will find you a good one.

I spend a wonderful time there. I came alone by myself I sat at the bar amd the barmen/maid was really friendly. There is good music good vibes cocktails are fantastic. I would recommend it to my friends for sure. Kind regards from a lonely traveller. Mal

This place has such a great vibe and lovely drinks including delicious cocktails and bubbles! Great spot to either sit outside in the fresh air or cozy, comfy and a little more private in the back. Great spot for after work drinks if you're in the city or enjoying some shopping on the weekend. Slightly on the expensive side but the drinks are quality and the service and atmosphere are great. Cant comment on the food as I haven't eaten there......

Stumbled upon this little gem of a bar while strolling through Brisbane. As a gin drinker they had an adequate selection of Australian and international gins. The bar staff were lovely and the patrons seem to be friendly and keen for a chat. Will definitely be going to The Gresham again.
